What if the first question about school uniforms is the wrong one?

Imagine a school is reviewing its uniform for the coming academic year.

The discussion begins exactly as you might expect.

So a school doesn't necessarily need to become a textile laboratory.

Suppose a supplier says:

“It dries quickly.”

Or:

“It is exceptionally comfortable.”

The important question isn't simply whether the statement sounds convincing.

“Did we choose the right fabric?”

to something more meaningful:

“Did we make the decision carefully enough for the people who will actually wear it?”

That is responsibility without blame.

It is simply better decision-making.
